Refund Policy

1. Service Initiation

Once a project has officially started (meaning the initial brief has been completed and production resources have been allocated), the initial deposit is non-refundable. This covers the costs of pre-production, planning, and resource booking.

2. Video Production Refunds

For our cinematic property tours and FPV post-production services:

• Full refunds are available if a shoot is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
• If a shoot is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.
• Once the final video has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Web Development & Digital Strategy

For property portals and listing websites:

• Project fees are typically broken into milestones. Once a milestone is approved and delivered, the corresponding payment is non-refundable.
• In the event of a project cancellation, you will only be billed for the work completed up to that point.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction

We are committed to your absolute satisfaction. All of our standard packages include a set number of revision rounds. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we will work closely with you during these revision cycles to ensure the final product meets our high-authority standards.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a project cancellation, please contact your project manager directly or email us at info@realtypixels.com with your project ID and details regarding the request. All requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
