Skyline Group Pakistan needed an internal broker-portfolio dashboard for 200+ active agents to track listings, pipeline leads, commissions, and client communications in one unified place. Delivery was structured as a 2-month agile engagement with regular sprint reviews with broker stakeholders.
Interviewed practicing brokers to map daily pain points and in-person workflow. Analyzed the CRM and dashboard tools used by the top real estate firms in the region. Decomposed broker-to-client communication journeys into the most common touchpoints.
Designed a data-dense broker dashboard with a clean information hierarchy across listings, leads, commissions, and client history views. Prototyped a real-time notification system for new lead alerts and listing changes. Validated usability with a broker test group and iterated on navigation. Delivered a responsive, role-based web dashboard with secure logins and exportable reporting.
